Rooms feel cramped, significantly smaller than depicted in photos, which could be a squeeze for couples or those bringing extra gear. The advertised laundry services were nonexistent, causing a hassle because the reception staff seemed confused about their availability. Navigating the dark hallways is frustrating—lack of signage means you could accidentally wander into cleaning areas instead of your intended destination.

We were thrilled to find some comforting treats waiting for us in the room, and the rooftop terrace was perfect for catching the sunset. The spa offered a nice massage and a relaxing jacuzzi session to unwind after a busy day. The only downside was the bed arrangement wasn’t what we expected, but it didn’t ruin our stay. 😊

the rooms at brown are spacious, and we got an unexpected upgrade. the location is super convenient, especially since it's really close to the market and the light rail. the spa treatments were a nice touch and made our time there even more enjoyable.

cozy atmosphere

Recommend it for families with children

The hotel was perfect for relaxing after a long day we really enjoyed the cozy atmosphere and even chilled out at the nice patio outside. Staff cooked up a nice touch when they offered us free snacks in the lobby which was lovely after we spent hours walking around.

It wasn’t cheap but still acceptable for what we got during our stay.
